Hotel Information – Stay-to-Play Policy

 

Several Sponsoring Hotels have set aside a block of rooms for this event. Each tournament has its own list of Hotels & rates. LV Tourneys has partnered with HBC Event Services to provide an easy way for you to book your hotel rooms at the best rates for your team.

To meet the stay-to-play requirements of this event, each team must book a minimum of 8 rooms for 2 nights stay. This site will show you all the Room/Hotel Amenities of each location, distance from fields, rates, reservation & cancellation policies, as well as availability. If there is a property your team would like to stay at, that is showing as SOLD OUT on our online inventory, please call HBC directly or send them an email – they may be able to extend the block for your team!

If your team is unable to find the right fit, you do have the option to buy-out of the stay-to-play requirement. Buy-out fee is $350.

Deadline for your buyout to be received will be Jan. 10th, 2025. Failure to submit your buy-out payment by the dead line will result in your teams removal from this tournament.
